White or colorless crystalline free flowing solid. It is easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol. water solution is slIghtly alkaline. The solubility is 51.004% at 100°C.
Usage:
1. Can be used to produce citric acid, water softener and fabric increased weight of the agent, fire retardant.
2. used to glaze, flux, medicine, pigment.food industry, produce Other phosphate.
3. used as industrial water treatment agent, dyeing detergent, quality improvement agent, neutralizer, antibiotics culture agent and biological treatment agent for food quality improver. in baking powder;
4. as food additive, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, fermentation auxiliary, adhesive.
